Technician Verification
For our clients/end users to verify they are working with an actual Nomad technician, they just need to send an SMS to (619) 514-1121 with #verify, and they will receive a response with a 6-digit code, which the Nomad technician will be able to verify on our side over the phone.
- Send a #verify message to the number (619) 514-1121
- Nomad and you are sent a randomly generated 6-digit code.
- The Technician will be able to provide the code to you.
- Once you verify the numbers match, reply with #confirm.
- You will receive back a message confirming the technician’s name and they are verified with Nomad.
